Revocation

You can cancel your contract within 14 days in written form (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods within that time frame. You don’t have to give any reason for the cancellation. The time frame begins after receipt of this notice in written form, but not before receipt of the goods to the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery). The time limit ends 14 days after the receipt of the goods. The revocation period is sufficient to send the revocation or the thing. The revocation must be sent to:

Consequences

In the case of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received benefits and any benefits derived (eg interest) surrendered. If you cannot return the received goods or can only return them partially or in deteriorated condition you have to rempense the seller.

For the deterioration and derived benefits, you must pay compensation only if the uses or the deterioration is due to matters beyond the consideration of the characteristics and functioning.

"Testing the properties and functioning" refers to the testing and evaluation of the respective goods, such as is done in our store and customary.

Transportable items are to be returned at the your own risk. You have to bear the costs of returning the goods, if the delivered goods match the ordered ones and if the price of the returned goods does not exceed € 40. You also have to bear the costs if the price of the returned goods exceed € 40 but you haven’t made the full payment or contractually agreed partial payment yet.

Otherwise you can return goods free of charge. Goods that cannot be sent by parcel service will be picked up from you. Reimbursement of payments will be made within 30 dayd. This period begins with the declaration of revocation for us respectively with the receipt of the returned goods.
