First The following terms and conditions apply to all current and future business relationships with our customers, if not expressly agreed otherwise in writing, and regardless of whether they are entrepreneurs or consumers. For contracts between us and consumers are to some extent special provisions, which are listed separately below. Different or additional terms and conditions of the customer are not part of the contract.
Second The goods are delivered only to the specified designs, packaging units or minimum quantities. Technical changes in the interests of technical progress.
