The Confort 8Q LED ceiling luminaire by Icone achieves a balanced interplay of understated simplicity combined with cleverly devised details.
Only 4.5 cm high, the luminaire is manufactured using a square metal plate bevelled at the sides with a total of 8 round recesses on the visible side, aligned squarely in the centre of the plate. Each individual recess is equipped with an LED lamp and is evenly radiated in downward direction by a diffuser. As a visual highlight, the insides of the recesses are either finished with a high-quality, glossy finish or are produced in a restrained and simple manner. In this way, the Confort integrates equally well as a luminous design element or as an unobtrusive light source.
