The name SIDRA, the Hebrew word for star, symbolizes beauty, elegance, and performance – attributes that characterize our pendant luminaire series with high-quality smoked glass from Knapstein. This series combines traditional craftsmanship with advanced lighting technology for sophisticated interior concepts.

Mouth-Blown Glass and Innovative Control:

The SIDRA-2 stands out for its harmonious blend of design and technology. Its mouth-blown smoked glass, with subtle coloring and precisely polished edges, is complemented by the forward-thinking, utility model-protected Knapstein Master/Follower control. Each glass pendant is unique and contributes to the high-quality overall impression of the luminaire.

High Flexibility and Optimized Lighting Comfort:

The SIDRA-2 is equipped with four powerful 12.5-watt LED modules, collectively generating 5,148 lumens. It offers a choice between direct and indirect lighting, which can be separately switched, steplessly dimmed, and individually adjusted in light color from 2,200 Kelvin (warm white) to 3,000 Kelvin (neutral white) (Ra > 90). Two integrated Master/Follower light controls, along with the option to network multiple luminaires, open up diverse possibilities for individual light design.

SIDRA-Rondo pendant lights | SIDRA-Rondo pendant lampsMaster / Follower light control

With the master/follower function, you can control the entire top or bottom of the luminaire with just one gesture. All settings made on the master reflector are automatically transferred to the follower reflectors on the respective luminaire side (synchronisation function)
After setting the luminaires via the master reflector, the follower reflectors can also be set individually and independently of the master setting using the separate gesture control
Option of networking several luminaires to switch these luminaires via a master (on request)
